I absolutely love getting handwritten mail, especially in this age of email and texing! I found a great subscription service through "A Beautiful Mess" called Happy Mail. I signed up for a 6 month subscription. Each month, for $18, I get a packet of fun cards and some prints. I thought this would be a great excuse to send some happiness via snail mail to friends across the country. You can see some of the cards from the first month in the pictures below.

During the 6 month subscription, I looked forward to each month's worth of cards. It was so fun to open up the packet, and each of the cards reminded me of someone in my life. It's amazing how much one card would scream out a specific person's name!

During Month 2, I took my cards with me to a local cafe to cozy up. It was a fun excuse to get out of my room and do something fun.

I reached the end of the subscription this past month. I'm done for now, but I'll probably be back to it next year.

**One note--you have to cancel the subscription so they don't automatically renew you for another 6 months!!!
