Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas (the more ripe, the sweeter)
 - 1 cup of milk
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 tbsp baking powder
 - 3 cups of oats
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - mix-ins, I love chocolate chips, but I used walnuts and raisins this time.
 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375
 - Mash the bananas pretty well, it will be fairly mushy
 - Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
 - Bake the muffins for ~10-15 minutes until golden brown.
