I love setting fun "challenges" for myself. Challenges encourage me to try new things--all kinds of things. For this summer, I decided I want to learn to cook new cuisines! My cooking is pretty similar day to day, and I need to spice things up (pun intended).
I bought this cookbook, and I can't wait to get started! The recipes come from different places in the world so I'm counting on some fun new ingredients and new cooking techniques. It's my goal to cook something once every 1-2 weeks or so. I'll check back in throughout the summer with new recipes.
