I'm back from an awesome vacation, (more on that later), and I decided to dig into my Global Kitchen cookbook. I read through the first section on East Asia and India and picked a few recipes to try. I'm learning that if you can identify the common spices and ingredients, it's pretty easy to whip up a few different things for the week.
