Plates | Simple Salmon

Something about salmon seems summery to me, so this was a great easy dinner to make--salmon, broccolini, cous couse and a yogurt lemon topping.


I cooked the salmon with olive oil, a bit of soy sauce, and salt/pepper. Once it was almost done, I threw the broccolini in the pan to cook. 


I cooked cous cous for a grain, and I wanted to make a yogurt/aioli-esque/creme fraiche sauce (is that a thing?). 

Here's what I mixed up: 
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon half
Dried thyme and oregano

Pretty tasty! And done in less than 30 minutes.
