Parties | Easter Brunch

Although I love my apartment, it is really tiny and hard to host parties. Despite that, I decided to host a fun Easter brunch for a few friends! I had a great time coming up with a brunch menu and decorating the apartment for spring.

A few hostessing tips:
1. Fresh flowers! They are really inexpensive from Trader Joe's and they just brighten the whole room.
2. Props--I added my one spring prop to the table. It helps to create a theme for the brunch.
3. Printed menus--I printed out a menu for each place setting and backed each one with some brightly colored scrapbook paper I had lying around. It added some fun color to the table.

Menu:

1. Mimosas! (A staple of any great brunch)
2. Breakfast Pizza
3. Crumble Coffee Cake Muffins
4. Fruit Salad--cut up strawberries and bananas and added half a packet of vanilla pudding powder!
