Plates | Breakfast Pizza

Hosting a brunch? This is a quick and easy and delicious recipe for a savory dish. I don't exactly follow a recipe since my mom taught me how to make it, so it ends up a little different every time. Feel free to go rogue and customize your dish!

Ingredients:
  • Pillsbury croissant rolls
  • Bag of shredded hash browns
  • 8-10 eggs
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green or red peppers
  • Breakfast meat: bacon, sausage, etc. 
  • Other veggies
Directions
  • Set your oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease the bottom of a 9"x13" cake pan
  • Line the bottom of the pan with the croissant rolls
  • Top the croissants with hashbrowns
  • In a small bowl, scramble the eggs and pour mixture on top of the hashbrowns
  • Sprinkle cheese on top
  • Add the rest of your ingredients
  • Bake for 30 minutes or so, or until an inserted knife/fork comes out clean
 Enjoy! If you have leftovers, it heats up really well in the microwave.
