Ingredients:
- Pillsbury croissant rolls
- Bag of shredded hash browns
- 8-10 eggs
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Green or red peppers
- Breakfast meat: bacon, sausage, etc.
- Other veggies
- Set your oven to 350 degrees
- Grease the bottom of a 9"x13" cake pan
- Line the bottom of the pan with the croissant rolls
- Top the croissants with hashbrowns
- In a small bowl, scramble the eggs and pour mixture on top of the hashbrowns
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Add the rest of your ingredients
- Bake for 30 minutes or so, or until an inserted knife/fork comes out clean
