Ingredients:
1-2 pounds of ground beef
1 yellow onion
1 bag of frozen carrots/peas (corn is fine, too)
Instant mashed potatoes
Directions
- Brown the ground beef, drain some of the liquid, this the first layer. I add some garlic powder and some salt to this layer.
- Dice the onion and saute, add the frozen carrots/peas to thaw them. This is layer 2.
- Make the instant mashed potatoes, this is the layer 3.
- Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
So easy, so delicious!
