Plates | Korean Stewed Chicken

I have never really tried chicken thighs so I was anxious to try this recipe. Very tasty in the end!

Ingredients
1/3 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1/4 cup slices green onion bottoms
2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 lbs chicken thighs, cut into strips
Bag of kale
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Rice (Trader Joes microwavable rice)

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and stir it with the chicken. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook the chicken in a pan until cooked through. Add the kale on top and cover with a lid for 5 minutes or so. Serve over a bed of rice.
