Plates | Chicken Enchilada Casserole

II recently had some girl friends over for dinner and I wanted to make something that could bake while we sipped some wine. I decided to make a chicken enchilada casserole! Super easy.

Ingredients
Enchilada sauce
Corn tortillas
Chicken Breasts
Mexican cheeses

In a 9x13 pan, cover the bottom with enchilada sauce. Layer corn tortillas, some cooked (shredded or diced) chicken, and Mexican cheeses. Repeat 2-3 more times.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

Delicious!
